Eight is Great

HAPPY 8th BIRTHDAY, my perfect, passionate, particular, precocious, Parker!

You’re my favorite boy in the entire universe…and don’t you forget it.

We had so many family giggles over the “animation” possibilities as I went through these photos.  The kids were literally screaming with laughter.  Doesn’t get any better than that.

So ladies and gentlemen, allow me to share:

The Toot:

“Parker, tell me about your girlfriend.”

“My name is Parker.  I like to dance.”

“Can you please just LOOK NORMAL?”

We had such a great time sharing Parker’s birthday dinner with family at The Aquarium downtown.  Where else can you gather with loved ones to hugely overpay for mediocre seafood and craptacular service?;)
The kids had a blast, regardless.  And we learned our (very expensive and underwhelming) lesson.

Happy Birthday P! Seems like not so long ago he was tiny with the biggest cheeks ever. Can’t believe how now they are closer to 10 than being babies!

Oh, and I have been like “please, please look normal…no. NORMAL. no. NORMAL. do it again…NORMAL” when taking D’s pics. Comes with the territory!

The Moore Family

Oh, Campbell Jean…you are my latest and greatest kid-crush.  Sam and Shelby have exactly the kind of kid that I would have expected them to have – the AWESOME kind.

Wonky weather made our first session an abbreviated one, and when session #2 came around a week later, sweet Campbell hadn’t napped all day and juuust before our session started, she conked out in the car.  Now, for most kiddos, this would definitely spell disaster for impending photos.  But for my favorite ham, Cam, it just spelled adorable. What a trooper.:)

I love you three.  Oh, and that tiny dog of yours, too.

Trying to catch a snooze…How many sleep-deprived babies do you know that can wake up with this kind of sweetness?

I’m obvi a sucka for these kind of photos.. And may be biased considering she is my bff. But, OMG Jan, these are amaze!! I love these. You’re SO good and T is such a gorgeous model! You two were a match made in heaven for a shoot like this Good work!

I’ve seen so many poorly done boudoir sessions. THIS is stunning! She must be so, so happy with all these images… and her husband?? My hubby would drop dead if I gave him a gift like this!

I love these! I think my faves are the ones where her hair look less than perfect – she has a look on her face like “OMG – what have I done!” They’ll make a great album!
