Don’t Worry, You Can Take the Squeakers Out.

Giving “the pitter-patter of little feet” a whole new meaning…

My sweet Mimi bought Bailey these Uniquely Squeaky shoes the other day when we were browsing in one of those pricey, head-straight-for-the-sale-rack children’s boutiques.  Oh, how I wish I had video capabilities in the store when she first tried these on.  The first squeak – she froze.  Her face was pure shock and I thought I was going to have to deal with some tears…but then her big bro started in with the giggles.  A slow grin came across Bailey’s face and she suddenly  took off!  She pranced, prissed, stomped and strutted around that little store for a solid 5 minutes, squeakers squealing.  Parker was literally in tears as he rolled around on the floor, purple-faced with laughter.  (oh, how that boy can get tickled!)  Mimi and I couldn’t help but join in.  It was a lovely, lovely moment between the three generations and I am grateful for the silly memory.  And for the adorable squeaky shoes, too.

I would love to have some of those for myself just to completely freak out my dogs!

That is too cute. You don’t need a macro lens that picture of those shoes is really nice. It reminds me of the typical bridal shoe shot. :)
