The Hoenen Family came ALL THE WAY FROM GERMANY just to have their pictures taken by me!
OK, well, maybe they had planned the trip to Houston to visit friends and family for the Christmas holiday, but most likely, the promise of a jbo photo session is what really tipped the scales in favor of international travel for this fabulous family of five.
All kidding aside…how much fun is this family?? Clara, Rasmus, and Tove simply erupted with joy and energy. We had a wonderful time scampering around the the Rice University campus together while they attempted, with great patience, to teach me German. Allison and Janning, you have a remarkable family and I truly loved the opportunity to spend time with you.
