One year ago, I was holding your teeny brunette (!!) self in my arms for the very first time. I still pinch myself at your perfectness. :) I love you, my precious daughter, in a way that I never imagined I could. We have so much to look forward to together. What an amazing gift (and excruciating challenge) it is to be able to raise your very best friend! If you love me half as much as I love my mother, I will know that I have done well.
